The 3D model is awesome, i can't do anything like these...It deserves to be 
but before that, i have some humble suggestions for ya:
1. You may need to brighten the artwork a bit so that some object can be more visible(e.g:sub and missile)
2. Tweak the trail of the missile to be more realistic.
3. Perhaps you can add more elements into the artwork to make it more dynamic?
4. Modify the texture of the seaDragon so that it looks more like it is in the water?
I hope you may find this helpful, that's how we help each other improve in dA. I find that dA sometimes is becoming a place where people only like to hear good things on the things they uploaded...How to improve like this? Geez...
